i See POSH - Specialized Training Program for IC Members on POSH

"i SEE POSH", a specialised training programme for IC Members on Sexual Harassment of Women at the Workplace (commonly called as “POSH Act”), has been curated with AGAM Legal (Knowledge partners), a law firm with more than five decades of expertise in labour & IR laws.

The goal of the program is to equip IC members with the knowledge and skills they need to effectively handle sexual harassment complaints and fulfill their role as IC members. The training may include hands-on activities, such as group activities, case studies, role-play, report writing, and making recommendations. The program may also cover topics such as the approach to an enquiry under the POSH Act, and how to effectively handle sexual harassment complaints in a way that is fair, impartial, and sensitive to the needs of the parties involved.
